out the door是说钱花出去了

如果是这样,就是对方给你的还价, 如果你同意$200就可以发货了, 他就买

如果是说“outside the door”的话
一般是指某剧院，表演，酒吧，电影院的 非 提前预约票价。
在北美，这些娱乐场所一般有电话/网络的提前订票，或在现场门外（outside by the door)的现价票。
后者比前者贵一些。

但还是要看上下文啊，也有可能是别的意思。
