类似的还可以说：

taken by the children是被动语态，是过去分词做定语，修饰photos的，该句子是缩略了，本来是Some photos were taken by the children.不存在什么定语从句。

taken在这里是 “拍了” 的意思， 应该是完成时,而且这句句子有有语法错误应该是 these photoes are taken by the children.
