好处：
1.大学生在校的学习以理论为主，甚至有些专业很少会涉及实践。如果打工从事与专业相关的工作，既是理论应用于实践的一次机会，又是通过实践学习新知识的一次很好的机会。
2.所说校园就是一个小社会，但毕竟和外面的社会还有差别，所以打工又是增长社会经验，接触社会的好机会。
3.大学生一般18岁左右，成年人应该自食其力，打工可以赚些钱补贴生活费用直至学费。
弊端：
1.作为学生，最重要的是学习，打工会占去很多学习时间，如果是以牺牲学习为代价，是得不偿失的。
2.学习重要的是学习心态，拥有好的学习心态，可以提高学习效果。而打工会使大学生的心态变散，以致影响学习。
3.我觉得假期打工或不太忙时，打短期工还是很好的。但长期性的打工就太影响学习了，如果打工的收入不匪的话，那末就很难放下了，以至于大学生活不知是为学知识，还是为打工。
