This paper presents a case study on financial management of ** Mechanical Co. Ltd. The study, from view of the company, was performed based on the analysis of the private companies’ financial management system. On the basis of integrated theories including efficient market hypothesis, present value analysis theory, risk/return trade-off principle, value theory, option pricing theory and agency theory, comprehensive analysis adopting DuPont Analysis method has been carried out on the financial management of the company. The indicators of debt-paying ability, operating capacity, earning power and development capability have been taken into account comprehensively as measures of the company’s performance in this study.
