内容如下:我国铁路客票销售渠道一直是以窗口售票、现金交易为主,在这一售票体制下,各车站及预售处的售票窗口按不同时间、线别和席别分工,由于旅客对客票销售环境不了解,造成购票不方便和购票时间长。特别是在铁路运输能力紧张,“买票难”的情况下,使票贩子有机可乘,屡打不止。而一些铁路职工也把车票当成一种权力,给铁路企业造成不良的社会影响。为适应客运市场激烈竞争环境的变化,巩固铁路的客运市场份额,实现铁路客票销售渠道从单一型向多元化转变是个亟待解决的问题。
对客票代售点布局的研究很少,基本上没有系统的研究成果。但在代售点选址方面可以借鉴超市选址、公交车站点选址等的模式与方法,对火车票代售点选址的合理性进行研究。
