Instructions and explanations

1. The purpose of this questionnaire is to request certain information on your operations, in connection with the safeguard investigation against below-mentioned product.

2. Deadline for response to the questionnaire is 13 February 2006.

3. If some data given in response to your questionnaire have a confidential nature, please give the non-confidential summary of that information (via indexes) and indicate those pages with a "confidential" mark.

4. Where the Directorate General finds that any interested party has supplied false or misleading information, it shall disregard any such information and findings shall be made on the basis of the facts available.
