XHTML 1.0 Transitional 标准中bgproperties不是body的有效属性

在以上这段代码中跳出错误说：bgproperties不是body的有效属性，我知道它在html中有效可现在在XHTML用什么来代替它？或作什么修改呢？
另外在XHTML 1.0 transitional 标准中都不支持元素：frameset和frame，那我可以用什么代替吗？
