摘要
本论文是对《论语》一书家庭伦理原则、伦理规范的系统梳理，同时从因社会变革所产生的现代家庭伦理的种种问题出发，置传统文化于现代文化之中，探讨《论语》中所渗透的家庭伦理的现代价值，发展、丰富传统家庭伦理的内在张力。
“家庭伦理”一词我们耳熟能详，一个经久不衰的话题，有着悠久的历史传统。中国古代是一个传统的农业社会，农业生产占据了人们日常生活的大部分时间，而农业生产的进行是以家庭为单位的，家庭成员之间能否和谐相处、彼此能否合作愉快都是关键之处，因此不难理解为何家庭在古代社会中地位的重要性，从而形成了如“家庭至上”、“家族本位”之类的伦理观念。《论语》一书是研究孔子思想、更是研究儒家文化的经典文本，它强调“父慈子孝、夫义妇顺、兄友弟恭”等伦理观念，强调要以“和为贵”，一方面是由于生产关系的需要，需要家庭成员以家庭利益为核心，“团结就是力量”说的就是这个道理；另一方面在家庭内部又有着等级关系，以与“父”的亲疏远近为序，这也是“和”的一面；最后是由“小家”至“大家”，家国同构，移孝于忠，为实现孔子的政治理想提供可能性。
