肯定不能。介词是放在名词或代词前表时间，地点，方式等。第一个回答的句子本身就存在问题，是错误的。
1.做连词，在……期间：We have been burgled while we were asleep.
2.名词。I stood there for a while.
3。动词。We while away the time watching TV.

在这个例子中：i can not do the job while listening to music，可以做介词

在古英语和方言中while可作介词表until 现在不可以
