垃圾渗滤液是一种成分复杂的高浓度有机废水，含有大量有机物、悬浮物、氨氮、重金属离子以及致病菌等，且由于物理、化学、生物等诸多因素影响，水质水量变化幅度很大。
Landfill leachate is the complexity of composition which is high concentrated organic wastewater, it contains large amount of organic substance, suspended substance, ammonian, heavy metal ion and pathogen, and so forth. As a result of the influence caused by many factors such as physics, chemistry and biology, so the range of variation is large in both of water quality and water quantity.

本文通过对传统垃圾渗滤液处理方法的分析和概述，设计出常温常压下催化氧化方法处理垃圾渗滤液的工艺方法。具有降低成本节约资源并催化剂可多次反复利用等优点。并在双口污水处理厂得到实践验证。
In this paper, by means of analyzing and summarizing landfill leachate treatment mothod, we have designed the technique of catalytic oxidation in dealing with landfill leachate. It has several merits which are cost saving, economize on resources and multiple re-utilization, it also has already had the verification in practice at Shuangkou sewage treatment works.
