答：把U盘或其它USB磁盘拔下来。

你的主板应该是 微星P45 Platinum 很智能的

进BIOS把HDD00或 Hard Disk设为 First Boot Device
再把存一下硬盘参数

另外启动的时候要注意 把U盘等拔下来

你按下DEL键进行Bios中设置一下就OK了.
你不会设置就用系统的默认设置好像是什么:
Load default ....什么的.忘了.!

不用管 继续下一步就好了 每个机器都有的

把硬盘设为第一启动项就好了
