多环芳烃（polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons，PAHs）是由两个或两个以上苯环（或具有和苯环相同结构的五元环）有机化合物。本文要研究的是在不同土壤环境下，多环芳烃的降解能力，以蚯蚓为指标生物，分别对四种不同的土壤中多环芳烃对蚯蚓的生物有效性，以了解土壤性质对PAHs生物有效性的影响规律。土壤是一个复杂的开放体系，它的各种理化性质对化合物的行为产生的影响不容忽视。在现有的技术基础上，要想使土壤修复取得理想效果，开展修复新技术及各种方法的集成研究很有必要。
