摘要

建立蜜饯中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠四种物质同时测定的方法。 方法：蜜饯样品用两种不同的前处理方法回收率比较，测定安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠液相色谱测定流动相使用条件，检测器波长等，寻找最佳测定条件。 结果：A前处理法回收率较低，B前处理法回收率达到90%以上，线性范围>0.999，重复取样测定CV%达到6以内。检出限：安赛蜜0.001g/㎏苯甲酸0.001g/㎏ ,山梨酸0.001g/㎏ ,糖精钠0.001g/㎏。结论：方法简便快速回收率高。

Abstract

The establishment of preserves Acesulfame Zhong'an, benzoate, sorbic acid and sodium simultaneous determination of four substances method. Methods: candied fruit samples using two different methods of recovery of pre-treatment comparison, Acesulfame determination, benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium measured by HPLC using the conditions of mobile phase, detector wavelength and so on, determined to find the best conditions . The results: A lower pre-treatment recovery, B pre-treatment method more than 90% recovery rate, linear range of> .999, repeated sampling CV% measured less than 6. Detection limit: Acesulfame 0.001g / kg of benzoic acid 0.001g / kg, sorbic acid 0.001g / kg, sodium 0.001g / kg. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid high recovery rate.
