Abstract:Power industry has developed and expanded continuously since commencement of the power utilization .And it is on the way to ego integrity of structure and management when if satisfied the need of eliectric power at the same time .The principal contradiction we are facing is the conflict between ever-increasing material and cultural demand and the unmatched productivity.Thus ,how to deepening the reform of the electricity market plays an important part in the process of consummating the socialist market economy system .
This artical analysis the structure of the electricity market, elaborates the history、actuality and future tendency of the electricity market reform ,introducts the experencies and measures of reform in western countries ,estimates the reform project in force and proposes suggestions for deenpening the electricity reform.
