为何不是has呢

我以为应该：he was told by a smiling policeman that his bicycle has been found

he was told...that
主句是过去式

是had，你想时间放在他被告诉时是现在时，那么也是这么说，他的车子已经被找到了是用has，可现在是过去式，那么就后面的就得用had

前后时态要一致
因为主句的时态是过去时（was），所以从句要与之保持一致

过去时态下的过去应是现在完成时.
