On October 2nd, 1920, Baron Ungern of the Russian White Army went into Outer Mongolia, helping Outer Mongolia regain its "independence." To eleminate the threat from Outer Mongolia, in June of 1921, The Soviet Red Army, the Far East Republic Army and the Mogilian army that was led by Sukhbaatar expelled Baron Ungern of the Russian White Army and then controlled the entire Outer mongolia. With the support from the Soviet Union,Sukhbaatar and Choybalsan founded and led the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party and declared Outer Mongolia "Independent" in July of 1921, and established this parliamentary constitutional republic.
