WIN2000关机的问题

最近一次2000更新后
我关机时候老是在保存设置地方停住了
只能强行关机才能解决

用安装盘修复的时候显示未发现错误
请问怎么解决了
哪里出问题了????
我不想重装,因为系统是好的,就是关机出问题

有没有高人指点啊???
建议重装的就别说了...谢谢

是不是DELL机？
解决方法：

1.按下ALT-CTRL-DEL，结束ZCfgSvc.exe进程.
2.Win 2k，那么打开C:\Winnt\Systems32 on Win2K，将ZCfgSvc.exe删除或者重命名为其它文件，如ZCfgSvc.exe.bak.
3.reboot ur computer，问题解决.

PS：这的确是由于wireless cards软件（Intel ProSet software ）引起的，如果你想问题得到完美解决~那么继续：

1.在控制面板/添加删除程序中uninstall那个Intel ProSet oftware.
2.拿出你的Dell Resource CD，放到光驱，解压缩Intel Proset.
3.运行解压后的setup.exe文件重新安装Intel ProSet.

I just discovered the solution to this problem. The problem is caused by a component of the Intel ProSet software which is installed on many computers with wireless cards - especially Centrino based machines.
