This story discussed different forms of prejudices, also explored themes about childhood and process of maturity. Because the story portrayed from a scout’s perspective, the author didn’t bring obvious personal opinion during narrative, he left it for readers to understand and make conclusion. However, the author obviously believed characters’ prejudiced behaviours were wrong, though the majority and the governor agreed with those behaviours.
