本实验主要采用肺炎支原体快速培养法,使用肺炎支原体标准菌株,配制肺炎支原体生长的基础培养基,再通过对培养基进行单因素实验的方式确定利于肺炎支原体培养生长所需要的营养元素、抗杂因子和生长环境,进而筛选出肺炎支原体生长的最适培养基。结果表明:肺炎支原体培养生长3-5天,培养基颜色则开始变黄,表现出肺炎支原体所特有的正常的生长现象;抗杂实验显示接入杂菌(如人型支原体、解脲支原体、淋球菌、真菌等)后,培养基培养过程中菌管颜色无变化;对阴性对照而言,培养基培养过程中始终无任何颜色变化。实验结果显示:小牛血清、酵母浸出液、葡萄糖等成分有助于肺炎支原体的生长培养;青霉素、氨苄霉素、两性霉素等抗生素能够有效的抑制培养基中杂菌的生长,有良好的抗杂能力。
