外资贸易公司的注册要求
1 最低注册资本：6.5 万美元 (相当于50万人民币)
2 在保税区租赁不小于25平方米的办公室
3 可以是以境外的公司或个人的名义来投资（包括港、澳、台）
4 具体的办公室可以设在保税区以外的办公楼里（也可在其他省市）
