原话是a B.F.F is forever
总觉得best friends foever 不是很恰当，又有be foever friends的说法。有谁肯定这是什么意思呀？

直译：永远的最好的朋友，BFF多用于口语。
例如《老友记》第3季第25集The One At the Beach中，Phoebe Buffay 说：“According to her high-school yearbook,they were BFF. Best Friend Forever.”
