中国网络知识问答平台行业目前正处于高速发展的阶段,腾讯在2007年推出“搜搜问问”后,在2008年就占据了中国网络知识问答平台市场份额的四分之一,这给处于领先地位的“百度知道”构成了极大的威胁。为此,本文对“百度知道”的各类竞争对手进行了深入的分析,对比它们的优缺点;然后对其展开SWOT分析,建议百度采用ST 战略;最后用波特的基本竞争战略深入探讨“百度知道”的竞争战略,建议百度实行成本领先和差异化的混合战略,以应对当前越来越激烈的竞争。

Abstract
