In the past the big clock has always struck the hours中always struck 的时态为什么和In the past 不一致？
我觉得这里用has alway struck ，是想表示这个钟经常性的一种状态，是相对于现在而言的时间，所以用has。如果想用had strcuk ，必须有一个 具体 的过去的一个时间作为基点，因为had done 是基于过去某个时点以前所发生的事情
因为前面有个has
它的过去时里还有经常性的动词啊~
