B:Yeah. I'd like to pay by D/A,that's our customaary practice.
A:Well, I can't accept your this payment terms.You know now it's an economical ression all over the world, we'll lose some profits by this payment.What's more, our company have suffered a lot by taking D/A in your last trade with another buyer, so, we can't make such an agreement with you.
B:Then,what's your proposal for payment?
A:We do require the payment by irrevocable L/C. This will guarantee both of our profits I think.
