这时就不能填are,要填is. 这就是就近原则

对比下面几对句子：

a) Neither he nor I am angry. 他和我都没有生气。
a) Neither Tom nor you are excused. 无论Tom还是你都不能被原谅。

b)Either you or I am wrong. 不是你就是我错了。
b) Either Tom or you are wrong. 不是Tom就是你错了。

总之，谓语动词需与nor或or后面的名词一致。
