本论文论述了论坛的制作过程，即建立一个论坛系统，其日的是为了发布信息和浏览信息。实现过程中采用了 html,asp,javascript,Dreamweaver 8 等网页制作语言和工具,并以Access为数据库存储发布信息。本设计包括本论文从开始依次按模块进行介绍，逐步实现整个系统。

This thesis discusses the constructional process of a forum system which aims at publishing and browsing information. Taking Access as the data base storage, the realizing process involved some webpage-making languages and tools like html,asp,javascript,Dreamweaver 8 etc.This work introduces by modules from the beginning till the whole system finished.
