and the agp clock to like 75-80...Oh and have you messed with the alpha timmings yet?

you can check the rails in mbm when you prime run 3dmark etc leave mbm open and when you feel like it go to settings then high/low.It'll show the highest the lowest and average temps and all rails

you can alter the gpu v by going into bios and look for agp voltage control
and to your question yes it worked for me... raising the agp core and the agp clock did wonders for me 3d wise
