本工作在298.15 K下应用等温滴定微量热法,通过热效应的实验测定,推算确定了白藜芦醇(RES)与小牛胸腺DNA(ct-DNA)的结合模式、结合常数、体系的焓变、熵变和吉布斯自由能变。根据热力学原理和体系作用物质的微观结构特征对结合体系药物与ct-DNA的相互作用进行了讨论。研究结果表明:RES与ct-DNA以1:1的结合比进行;RES与ctDNA的结合表现为焓熵协同驱动过程;RES与ct-DNA的结合既包括嵌插方式也包括沟槽方式。
