【摘 要】
文档管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。
此高校文档管理系统开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。经过分析，在后台数据库的建立和维护方面，我们选用了微软公司的SQL Server 2000 ；在前端应用程序的开发方面，我们选用了微软公司的 Visual Basic 开发工具,使用它的基于面向对象编程方法和可视化的开发工具，可以在短时间内建立系统,然后,在此基础上不断地修正和改进,就可以开发出令用户满意的管理系统。
本高校文档管理系统可扩充性较好、使用方便；用在政府机关单位，可以扩充为政府机关单位的档案管理系统；用在企业单位，可以扩充为企业单位的职工管理系统；用在教育部门学校单位，可以扩充为教育部门单位的学生档案管理系统。
