本文介绍运用Mcs一51单片机开发设计红外低温测温仪中的全过程。
红外测温仪是利用红外传感器对被测目标时的热辐射进行采集,通过转换电路将红外传感器采集到的光信号转换成电信号,再将电信号通过放大电路,A/D转换等单元电路处理后送到单片机中,最后单片机将带有数据信息的电信号进行分析处理,将电信号转变成与之相对应大小的温度值显示输出。本次设计的红外测温仪主要由红外传感器、放大电路、A/D转换电路、显示电路等部分构成。由于本次设计的红外测温仪的是体积小巧、价格低廉,因此在设计中使用了一些高度集成的芯片。放大器芯片采用ICL7650,A/D转换芯片采用了ADC0809,使用MCS-51系列单片机,使用74LS48驱动器位驱动,使用7段数码管LED显示器显示,其设计的仪器的技术指标参考了目前国内市场上使用最多、国内外产量最大的电子衡器的技术指标,因此其合理性无疑将加大了该设计的质量。
