在红外测温中．智能红外辐射测温仪是应用红外技术和微电子技术研制出的一种新型温度测量仪器。它根据被测物体的红外辐射能量确定其温度，为非接触测温方式。具有温度分辨率高、响应速度快、不扰动被测目标温度分布场、测量精度高和稳定性好等优点；同时也有测量值受被测物体发射率、反射热源、气氛干扰影响的弱点。
本文介绍运用Mcs一51单片机开发设计红外低温测温仪中的全过程。
红外测温仪是利用红外传感器对被测目标时的热辐射进行采集，通过转换电路将红外传感器采集到的光信号转换成电信号，再将电信号通过放大电路，A/D转换等单元电路处理后送到单片机中，最后单片机将带有数据信息的电信号进行分析处理，将电信号转变成与之相对应大小的温度值显示输出。本次设计的红外测温仪主要由红外传感器、放大电路、A/D转换电路、显示电路等部分构成。由于本次设计的红外测温仪的是体积小巧、价格低廉，因此在设计中使用了一些高度集成的芯片。放大器芯片采用ICL7650，A/D转换芯片采用了ADC0809，使用MCS-51系列单片机，使用74LS48驱动器位驱动，使用7段数码管LED显示器显示，其设计的仪器的技术指标参考了目前国内市场上使用最多、国内外产量最大的电子衡器的技术指标，因此其合理性无疑将加大了该设计的质量。
