某居住区环境规划与生态环境评价体系研究
摘要
本文在大量收集资料的基础上，分析研究居住区环境的特点及居民对居住环境质量的需求，在可持续发展和人的需要的前提下，遵循针对性，独立性，可操作性，层次性，动态性和全面性原则，精心筛选环境因子，建立了居住区环境规划与生态环境评价指标体系；在综合分析现有环境质量评价方法的基础上，提出居住区环境规划与生态环境评价新模式。通过专家咨询法确定评价指标的权重；最后对万科水晶城进行环境规划与生态环境评价研究。评价结果为：2008年万科水晶城的环境规划与生态环境综合评价值为0.8915，说明万科水晶城作为现代化城市生态居住区，满足人们的生活需求，适宜人们居住。最后本文对万科水晶城的环境规划与生态环境评价体系进行了分析与总结。
