本文是针对我国在国际贸易中的所遭受反倾销现状和我国的应对策略进行讨论。我国近年来出口增长迅速,在出现大额贸易顺差的国际形势下,反倾销案件不断出现。我国成为遭受反倾销案件最多的国家。反倾销已经成为各国在全球市场上应对中国产品的一个重要的手段。这种现状给我国的国际经济交往带来困境与危害，最终影响我国的出口贸易。因此，了解和掌握国际贸易的现状及法规，研究分析国外对我国反倾销现状及原因，并提出相应的应对策略对我国企业更好地适应入世规则和促进我国经济发展都具有十分重要的现实意义。
本文主要提出从政府、行业组织和企业三方面实施应对策略： 一方面政府通过国际方面的谈判与协调中力争获得相对公平的裁定标准；实施宏观调控，引导产品结构实现多元化；加快反倾销法律体系的建立。另一方面行业组织建立有效的反倾销预警机制，引导并帮助企业取得反倾销诉讼的胜利。最后，企业自身要提高自身的技术含量，建立现代化的管理机制，提升法律意识，最大程度上的避免反倾销调查。
