can't agree more 是“再同意不过了”的意思吧 那么“再……不过了”用英语的句型怎么套啊

应该是没有固定句型的。在语法项目中，这叫做“比较级表达最高级含义”。可以从汉语角度来理解，一般出现“没有更...的”或“比其他任何的都要更...”，这就可以算作是“最...的”。
eg: can't agree more直译“不能更同意，没法更同意了”，也就是“最同意了”，所以就翻译成了“再同意不过了”。
“这份工作你再适合不过了”也就是“没有人比你更适合这个工作了”“你比任何人都适合这个工作”，即“你是最适合这个工作的”。
Nobody (else) is more suitable for the work than you.
No one can do better in the work than you.
或者You are more suitable for the work than anyone else.
You can do better in the work than anyone else.
就相当于在说You are the most suitable for the work.

这份工作你再合适不过了，我觉得可以直接说成，you are the right person.
没有人再比你更合适这个工作了 nobody can do the job better than you. 或者，nobody is suitable for the job but you. 这些问题好像差别都不是很大啊，灵活一点就可以，不用一个字不差吧。。。。
你去上海我再同意不过了：I cannot agree more with your journey to SH.

没有人再比你更合适这个工作了
No one is more suitable than you are to take this job.
或者
No one fits this job better than you do.
或者默认是跟你比，那么
No one else fits this job better.

你去上海我再同意不过了
