本次毕业设计主要研究我国中小企业融资方式的选择,顾名思义,多样化的融资方式会给企业带来相对的利益和效益。中小企业更好的融资核心部分在于中小企业自身能力提升，基础部分则在于金融机制的改进配合相适应和政府积极且恰当的引导和支持。而信用问题始终贯穿于这三个方面，是它们的交集。要提高企业自身融资能力和信誉度；注重金融体制创新，消除金融抑制；改善政府调控宏观经济的职能，加强制度供给和金融扶持，培育良好的社会信用体系，发挥市场机制在资源配置方面的基础性作用。这样才能让中小企业健康发展。
