你说的这两个,都是需要在翻译时解释的,而不能直接按字面意思翻译,否则别人会看不懂的.

本科提前批: undergraduate students through early recruitment

农村往届: past school leavers of rural origin

In my humble opinion:
本科提前批: preliminary round of admission by future university
农村往届: the old graduates from rural areas

农村往届：graduates of past years in rural areas

本科提前批：bachelor's degree programmes in advance
