用普通方法和微波辐射法合成藜芦醛的比较
摘要:目的 考察合成藜芦醛的方法,并研究微波辐射合成这种新方法的优缺点,为生产提供指导意义。方法 采用甲基化的方法和微波微波辐射的方法合成藜芦醛,比较这两种方法合成产物的产率及基本性质,分析两种方法的优劣。藜芦醛是许多药物合成的中间体,甲基化法以香兰醛为原料,经过硫酸二甲酯甲基化可得,以20%氢氧化钠为溶剂,在PH值为10-11的条件下合成;微波辐射法是利用微波辐射代替传统加热方式进行甲基化反应合成产物,这种方法不需要溶剂,并且副产物少,但仍需要用15%氢氧化钠来调节酸碱度。结果 用普通甲基化法制出来的三组藜芦醛平均质量为2.5609g,平均产率为91.31% ,三组的熔点分别为42.4~44.8℃,41.5~45.2℃,41.7~44.3℃,从结果可以看出,三组熔点的熔距都比较大,证明产物当中的副产物对熔点的检测有一定的影响;而用微波辐射法制出来的藜芦醛平均质量为1.4016g,平均产率为93.23%,三组熔点分别为41.8~43.2℃,41.3~42.6℃,41.6~43.5℃,三组熔距较普通方法测出来的熔距小。结果证明了用微波辐射法制藜芦醛的过程中,生成的产物产率较高且副产物较少。实验证明了利用微波辐射加热这种新方法代替原来的传统方法用于化学有机合成更为高效及环保,是一种很有发展潜力的绿色化学。
