倾听别人发言、理解别人是与人产生互动的前提。倾听别人发言的时候，就是学生理解别人的时候，也是学生把别人与自己比较、对照的时候。可是，现在课堂上常有学生不善于，没有耐心听别人发言。所以，在一位学生发言之后，经常叫另一学生复述别人的发言、概括别人的发言，有利于培养学生倾听的习惯。
2、善于表达的能力。
表达是否清晰、生动，对互动效果也有很大影响。要让学生明白发言的过程是跟全班同学交流的过程，所以要说得清楚、明白、生动。另外可要求学生从有条理到简洁再到有感情这样一步步提高表达能力。
3、善于反省的习惯和能力。
培养学生经常反省自己的真实思想过程，有利于学生找出自己与别人的差异，有利于学生在互动中扬长避短。做到“知己知彼”，是建立积极、健康互动的基础。
在关于课堂教学的研究中，我们多于对各种教学要素作思辨性的分析。但真实的课堂是一个具有时间、空间、人际间等多向维度的立体系统，其间充满了即时兴的、不确定的、无法预料的成份。所以，改变研究视角，直接对课堂的动态实况进行透视，可以帮助我们取得对课堂鲜活而全面的认识。
