研究的目的主要在于利用最新的官方统计数据，对我国对FDT进行测算，并尝试以新视角和新方法进行现状分析及深层探讨。
本文对所搜集的数据，利用流量和存量两种方式对我国的FDT进行【测算】、【分析】，并与日本进行国际比较。从而进一步对【测算】公式中的两个因素及与之密切相关的其他因素深入分析，如技术引进及【自主创新】等。并且通过建立经济计量模型，测度技术引进经费流量以及R&D经费流量对我国【技术知识存量】的边际收益率。最后结合分析情况，给出了一些对策及建议。
本文注重理论分析与实证研究相结合、我国现状与科技先进国家情况相对比、承前人优势与做适当创新相贯通。在数据的搜集与处理、方法的衡量与选择、分析的角度与深度上，本人也进行了大量的前期准备以及论文过程中不断的改进和完善。因此，研究结果具有一定的实用价值和研究意义。

National Foreign Dependency Technology is the proportion of exterior technology in the total technology of one country, and it is also an index to measure the dependency level of foreign technology. The equation of FDT is: FDT（%）=technology import outlays/（technology import outlays+ R&D outlays）.
Question’s purpose: （1）Research the meaning of FDT, through analysis to the FDT’s concept, compare with flux and stocks measuring method, then obtain the method of the dependency level of foreign technology, and depending on it processing demonstration research. （2）The research's purpose mainly lies in using the newest official statistics data to measure the FDT of China, and make an attempt at the new angel of view and the new method to analysis the actuality and the inherence.
