摘要 为了提高猫科动物精液冷冻的效果，本试验从三种常规冷冻保护剂（甘油、二甲基砜、乙二醇）中筛选一种最佳保护剂，分别在不同浓度（3%、5%、7%）、不同解冻温度（30℃、37℃、50℃）下进行精液冷冻试验，解冻后以精子活力、活率、顶体完整率、畸形率四项参数作为检验解冻精子品质的指标进行判断，从而选出一套适合家猫精液冷冻保存的方法。结果显示：使用乙二醇做冷冻保护剂保护剂，解冻后精子各项指标均显著高于甘油组和二甲基亚砜组，且5%浓度较3%和7%浓度更佳，解冻温度则是在37℃效果最好，其活力可达0.27±0.08 (p<0.05)，活率44.63±5.24 (p<0.05)，畸形率40.7±3.3 (p<0.05)，顶体完整率46.5±7.7(p<0.05)。试验结果表明：用5%浓度乙二醇作为冷冻保护剂在37℃下解冻时效果最好。
