柴油是许多大型车辆及内燃机车的主要动力燃料，具有动力大，价格便宜的优点，是我国消耗量最大的石油产品之一。随着人们环保意识的增强，对柴油产品的质量要求日益严格，为此我国制定了新的2000年柴油标准GB252-2000，对车用柴油的硫含量、色度、沉渣等提
出了更高的要求。
本文主要讨论应用FS非加氢－络合捕集工艺精制重油催化裂化柴油。原料来自抚顺石化公司二厂生产的重油催化裂化柴油（掺减压渣油55％），精制剂为FS精制剂和FS01络合捕集剂。FS法精制后重油催化裂化柴油精制柴油的收率较高，可达99.76％。碱性氮脱除率可达72.5％，实际胶质降低率可达44.1％，总不溶物降低到0.7 mg/100mL。精制后催化裂化柴油中不含水溶性酸碱；硫醇硫含量由21.5 μg•g-1降至为0μg•g-1；精制后重油催化裂化柴油的色度1.3，氧化安定性总不溶物为0.7 mg/100mL，满足国家质量标准GB252－2000的要求。
本文主要设计了年产量为20万吨RFCC柴油的非加氢精制装置，以及工艺原理，主要设备的选型，尺寸计算和技术参数的说明。实验结果表明：这种技术加工成本远远低于加氢精制，是目前无加氢能力的炼厂提升柴油品质的有效途径。
