摘 要：本文主要研究金融危机对中国企业用人策略的影响，结合在“成都银华投资资讯有限公司”实习的积累，分析公司在用人方面出现的问题及在金融危机中应该采取怎样的用人策略。
本文采取由大到小的分析顺序，首先分析金融危机对整个大环境的影响，其次分析对中国企业的影响，再分析对中国企业中的一个具体企业的影响，最后分析为了度过危机，企业在用人方面应采取何种策略，并给出相应的策略。

Abstract: This article studys the impact of financial crisis on the HR strategy of Chinese enterprises. By using my experience as trainee in Chengdu Yinhua Investment Resources Ltd, I look into the HR problems in a time of financial cirsis and try to find out a correct HR strategy for enterprises.

The first problem studied will be the impact of crisis on macro environment, then as we zoom-in, I will study the impact on Chinese enterprises, and the impact on a spefici Chinese enterprise. Finally this article will try to find out what kind of strategy should be employed by enterprises in the crisis and will give my own solutions.
