这个是习惯用法的问题，外国人一般在人称并列中将I放到最后，所以是My friends and I. 这个和中文习惯是反着的

my friends and I才对，英语中第一人称代词放在最后，第二人称代词放在最前面，第三人称代词放中间

I went shopping yestrday with my friends 这样才对

在英语中，通常把I放在后面，所以应该是My friend and I.
