我国农村环境污染问题的现状与治理对策
内容摘要：随着经济的快速发展和农村城市化进程的加快,农村环境问题愈演愈烈,农村环境现状堪忧：面源污染，即来自农业生产和农村居民生活的污染加剧；点源污染严重，乡镇企业和养殖场由于布局不当也产生大量污染；农村生态环境的破坏也愈演愈烈。这些问题严重的影响和制约了农村经济的进一步发展。本文通过经济学的一些基本观点，分析了农村环境污染的主要原因，提出了环境问题的根源是“市场失灵”和“政府失灵”的产物，探讨了以往一些政策措施没有能够从根本上解决农村环境污染问题的原因，并结合一些环境治理的成功经验,提出了具体的解决措施.

Abstract: Along with economy's fast growth and urbanization's acceleration, countryside's environmental problem became more and more intense. The status of countrysde's environment is worth to worry about: Non-point pollution which came from agriclture production and rural daily life became intensified. Point pollution got severe, TVE(township and village enterprise) and farm also produced a great amount of pollution result from reasonless layout. Entironment's breakage also got more and more intense in countryside. These problems seriously impacted and constrained rural economy's farther developement.
