本文首先介绍了内容管理系统的相关知识和用到的技术，接下来对内容管理系统需求进行分析，给出了系统的功能和结构框架的设计。最后介绍了系统的实现，并且详细论述了本人主要负责的用户与权限管理子系统、内容检索、异常处理、站点优化的功能实现过程和关键技术。系统的开发基于先进的J2EE技术、B/S模式、综合运用面向对象的设计思想，组件技术，数据库连接池，轻量级架构SSH（Spring+Struts2+Hibernate）等相关知识开发设计，较好的满足了可靠性、扩展性、可重用性，本系统的使用将大大减轻建立各类信息网站的复杂性，提供了一个方便高效的管理平台和内容实时发布平台，有着良好的发展前景。
