随着纺织印染业的蓬勃发展,每年,我国印染废水排放量超过17亿立方米。废水中的染料能吸收光线,降低水体透明度,对水生生物和微生物造成影响,不利于水体自净同时造成视觉上的污染,给环境构成较大破坏。由于染料品种的变化以及化学浆料的大量使用,使废水含难生物降解的有机物,可生化性差,因此,印染废水是一种较难处理的工业废水。我国染料行业废水治理技术已取得一批实用技术,但总体上没有实质性的突破,处理工艺也不尽相同,有单独生化处理的,有单独物化处理的,有生化过程有只采用氧化工艺的,物化过程有气浮、活性炭吸附、氧化脱色、混凝沉淀等等,种类繁多。现实生产中,大部分处理工艺都存在一定的不足,进行印染废水治理的研究与技术开发,仍然是具有积极现实意义的重要课题。本文介绍了染料废水的来源及特点,探讨该废水处理的主要方法。
