摘要
薄带铸轧技术是冶金材料研究领域内的一项前沿技术,由于其所具有的独特的优越性得到了世界各国的广泛关注和研究,并逐步取得了替代传统铸锭热轧法的稳定地位。小型轧机的开发为实验和科研提供了不少方便,本文对我校精密铜实验室现用轧机进行了改进,采用了齿轮变位啮合办法实现了轧机对轧制厚度的控制,改进后的轧机采用三组齿轮啮合,其中两组齿轮的轴线可分别沿竖直滑轨和弧形滑轨滑动,从而实现对轧制厚度的控制。
新型轧机与老式轧机优越性比较
(1) 改进后的新型轧机同样采用齿轮传动,但新型轧机不必频繁更换齿轮即可轻松控制对轧制厚度的调节
(2) 老式轧机在改变轧制厚度时需要更换齿轮组,这样无法准确控制轧制精度。新式轧机则不需更换齿轮组,这样大大提高了对轧制铜板精度的可控性
(3) 本轧机的机械结构设计精简,耗材少,在老式轧机基础上略作改动,方便操作,便于控制,为实验室科研工作减轻了负担,节省了成本。
(4) 本轧机采用直径90mm轧辊,轧制力度大,可控轧制厚度0-280mm,工作范围广,实用性强,适用于学校以及企业科研使用
