基于新课程标准的的小学教师学生观的研究

摘 要：学生观是教育观念的核心要素，它直接影响着教师的教育教学工作。小学教师学生观是小学教师对小学生的基本认识和总体看法，新课改要求小学教师要从确立小学生是社会条件下的人、主动生命形式的人、未完成的人的基本观念。因此，对于基于新课改的小学教师学生观的研究具有重要意义。本文从小学教师学生观的含义、分类和影响入手作出深入分析，分别从小学生独立性、独特性、发展性、主体地位以及小学教师的对小学生的教育培养目标和评价几个角度来讨论新课改倡导的小学教师学生观。本文主要使用了文献法、问卷法等方法小范围的调查分析了小学教师学生观的现状及其原因，最后就基于新课改的小学教师学生观的建立提出了一些建议。
