摘 要
近几年煤矿事故的不断发生，加之大家一直认为煤炭行业是高危行业等种种原因,让煤炭行业饱受大家的指责。怎么样能减少事故的发生，对于我们学习安全的学生来说，有理由去分析和研究这其中的原因。目前可以预防生产过程中存在的危险有害因素，预测发生事故的可能性及严重性,提出合理、可行的方法和建议,以达到最低事故率、最少损失和最优安全投资效益的初衷。人们在不断总结事故灾难防治的成功经验和失败教训基础上，开发了安全评价技术,此技术的不断发展和完善。我们把这一技术应用到煤矿上，可以确认是否具备安全生产条件。所以，我对安家岭一号井进行了主要安全设施和安全管理进行了验收评价,目的在于向大家说明安全评价的重要性。
评价过程中依据《煤矿安全规程》的要求，在矿井生产过程中，运用安全检查表评价法对主要设施，重要系统进行了粗略评价。得出评价结论，并提出建议和改进措施。

Abstract: the coal mining accident's unceasing occurrence, in addition everybody has thought in recent years the coal profession is the high-risk profession and so on all sorts of reasons, let the coal profession fully suffer everybody's accusation. How can reduce accident's occurrence, studied the security regarding us the student, had the reason to analyze and to study the reason. At present may prevent the dangerous adverse factor which in the production process exists, forecast that has accident's possibility and the gravity, proposed that reasonable, feasible method and suggestion, achieves the lowest accident rate, least to lose and the most superior security investment benefit original intention. The people are summarizing the successful experience which and in unceasingly the defeat lesson foundation the accident disaster prevents and controls, has de
