随着自动控制理论的发展和自动控制技术应用的越来越广,自动控制对人们的生产生活起到更加重要的作用。本论文在对某加热站控制系统的软硬件系统设计以达到对该加热站出水温度的自动控制的基础上,应用组态软件,通过Modbus通讯协议,实现整个系统的通讯联机,最终完成上位机对设备级的远程监控。本文的研究内容、技术路线及成果主要包括以下几个方面:
1. 根据自动控制的逻辑,完成了硬件的选型、连接和通讯设计。
2. 在以上基础上,进行了控制系统的设计——自动控制逻辑算法的设计和实现,我们针对本改造项目的控制逻辑,运用PID控制算法和DDC控制器,通过Sapro程序编程来实现自动控制系统对此加热站温度控制。
3. 对设备级的各硬件进行组态,完成参数设置。
4. 通过Modbus通讯协议,完成各级设备、控制器与上位机的通讯联机.
测试该加热站的监控平台,完成设计内容。
