这道题如何判断？

这间屋子太乱了，不可能被打扫过。
答案是A ，我知道can't have pp 表示过去不可能做了...
那为什么不能选C？ must not have pp 是不是表示过去一定不可能怎么怎么样？推测比can't 程度更大一些。 如果是表达这个意思，可以选C么？谢谢
